If you rent or have a land contract that is not filed in the courthouse, you are required to complete this form and pay a refundable deposit, currently $150.

You are welcome to stop in the Dunkirk office with your photo and application. FO Spencer will scan and return your photo immediately and take your application and payment. This avoids mailing a precious photo in hopes of it not being destroyed.

Please be sure to check with the office to be sure that the dates are available prior to completing form and paying.
